Tomorrow afternoon, I leave for Granada, Spain.  My luggage is packed and everything is ready to go.  It’s really hard to believe that after months of filling out forms and questionnaires for study abroad, figuring out course registration and talking about flight itineraries, that tomorrow is the day.  I’m here in my house thinking about how I won’t be sitting in this family room watching TV for another 7 weeks.  Tonight is my last night in my bed with my own comfy pillows.

Right around midnight (Central time) on Wednesday morning, I will be arriving in Granada.  It will be seven o’clock in the morning in Spain.  I will probably be dead tired but so ready to go at the same time.

I can’t wait to finally set my eyes on Spain.  I might be a little homesick at the beginning but I know this is the opportunity of a lifetime and I won’t let it just fly by.
